SINGLESESS Should be set to NO if using the CICS TG, since they
require the use of LU 6.2 parallel sessions.
AUTOCONNECT Specifies if CICS is to bind sessions (drive CNOS) when
the connection is installed. We set this parameter to YES.
ATTACHSEC Defines the settings for SNA LU 6.2 conversation level
security. If you wish to flow a user ID and password from
the CICS Transaction Gateway, this parameter should be
set to VERIFY. If you do not wish to flow a user ID, this
should be set to LOCAL. No other setting is valid for the
CICS TG.
2.2.2 CICS SESSIONS definitions
For each CICS CONNECTION definition, you need to define one or more
SESSIONS definitions to define the SNA mode groups to be used within that
connection. Figure 2-3 illustrates the sessions definition we used to define the
mode group APPCMODE for our APPC connection SC09 shown in Figure 2-3.
