‘Doing Good’ Programmes
CMS employees clocked a whopping 17,041 man-hours for the year 2011 compared to 11,428 manhours
in 2010! Needless to say, this is by far the highest man-hours achieved since Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) was introduced in CMS.

A variety of CSR initiatives were carried out throughout the year - from fundraising charity sales,
rebuilding communities, blood donation drives, ‘gotong-royong’ and many more. The amount of cash
raised through these initiatives totalled RM40,312.65, all through the efforts and sacrifi ces of our
caring and generous employees who has made our CMS ‘Doing Good’ program a success!
