Objective: 2. Monitor compliance of natural resources and
environmental regulations through inspections
On Track: Seven inspections of Title V facilities were conducted during
the 1st quarter of FY 2010 (October 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009).
On Track: Three inspections of Title V facilities were conducted during
the 2nd quarter of FY 2010 (January 1, 2010 - March 31, 2010). There
have been a total of 10 Title V inspections through the 2nd quarter.
On Track: Seven inspections of Title V facilities were conducted during
the 3rd quarter of FY 2010 (April 1, 2010 - June 30, 2010).
Complete: Five inspections of Title V facilities were conducted during the
4th quarter of FY 2010 (July 1, 2010 - September 30, 2010). A total of
22 Title V inspections were conducted during FY 2010
