On Track: EPA notified DEM on 5/6/10 that the revised P&C list is
undegoing EPA Reg I review. RIDEM should get revised list in early June.
Program meetings will be scheduled with EPA after receipt of P&C List.
On Track: DEM/EPA Air, RCRA, Water, Pesticides and Compliance
Programs have all met and are finalizing the P&C List. Workplans work
has commenced.
Complete: Joint evaluations between the programs will be documented in
the end of year report. DEM is willing to meet with EPA to further discuss
this issue.
