EPA/DEM met on 12/3/09 to attempt to resolve issues. DEM and EPA continue to meet to address issues in the Water and Pesticides Programs. Complete: Finalized RIDEM 2010 PPA submitted to EPA on 3/19/10. PPG will be submitted when RIDEM receives the final EPA targets. 12/31/2009 Complete GETZ Complete: DEM submitted to EPA its annual performance report on 1/29/10 that detailed DEM's progress in meeting grant commitments. If necessary, DEM will provide EPA with a response to EPA's comments on DEM's PPA progress report. Complete: No issues were raised that needed a response or meeting. This deliverable is complete. 04/17/2010 Complete GETZ Complete: There were no issues raised that need discussion; therefore this deliverable is complete. 5. RIDEM and EPA will hold annual program meeting(s) during PPA negotiations to perform a joint evaluation of the RI environmental efforts. 09/01/2010 Complete GETZ On Track: EPA notified DEM on 5/6/10 that the revised P&C list is undegoing EPA Reg I review. RIDEM should get revised list in early June. Program meetings will be scheduled with EPA after receipt of P&C List. On Track: DEM/EPA Air, RCRA, Water, Pesticides and Compliance Programs have all met and are finalizing the P&C List. Workplans work has commenced.
