Rooms are heated with electric resistance elements, likely <strong>in</strong> through-the-wall package heat<br />

pump or air condition<strong>in</strong>g units. There are two direct fired make up air units with DX cool<strong>in</strong>g<br />

coils that serve the common areas.<br />

The heat<strong>in</strong>g for the pool and laundry are provided by one hot water boiler, Laars 156 kW<br />

output (531 MBH/625 MBH <strong>in</strong>put), located <strong>in</strong> the basement mechanical room.<br />

The domestic hot water system is comprised of two (2) boilers, Laars 250 kW output<br />

(850MBH/1,000 MBH <strong>in</strong>put) and two (2) 1,100 gal. Loch<strong>in</strong>var storage tanks located <strong>in</strong> the<br />

penthouse. mechanical room.
