hard work to figure out what he needs, we’ve<br />

ignored him completely when deciding which<br />

user stories take priority for the project.<br />

When user stories are being prioritized, you<br />

need to stay customer-focused. Only the<br />

customer knows what is really needed. So when<br />

it comes to deciding what’s in and what’s<br />

out, you might be able to provide some expert<br />

help, but ultimately it’s a choice that the<br />

customer has to make.
