License Container Comm<strong>and</strong>s<br />

You can add or export a <strong>Sonic</strong> <strong>ESB</strong> license key (control number) in the connected domain.<br />

Within a domain, there is a single <strong>ESB</strong> license for each version.<br />

add license container<br />

add license container license_key [version]<br />

Add the <strong>Progress</strong> <strong>Sonic</strong> <strong>ESB</strong> license key to <strong>Sonic</strong>FS. The specified license key overwrites<br />

any <strong>Sonic</strong> <strong>ESB</strong> license key already in <strong>Sonic</strong>FS. Use the version parameter to add multiple<br />

licenses. Specify the version in the format, Major.Minor, for example, 8.5.<br />

export license container<br />

export license container [version]<br />

Display the license container to the console. Use the version parameter to export an earlier<br />

version’s license. Specify the version in the format, Major.Minor, for example, 8.5.<br />

<strong>ESB</strong>Admin> export license container 8.5<br />

<strong>Management</strong> Container Comm<strong>and</strong>s<br />

Information about containers <strong>and</strong> operational actions in the connected domain can be<br />

performed by the <strong>ESB</strong> Container.<br />

Lists the management containers in the domain, with their state, view name, host (when<br />

online), <strong>and</strong> components.<br />

Shuts down the specified management container (not <strong>ESB</strong> Container). For example:<br />
