SUMMARY
For the information received in the institutions of our canton we know the lack of
motivation of the educational ones to give a class, that which affects the significant
learning of the students is for this reason that a manual of strategies has been
created for the educational one, this he/she practices he/she will help and it will form
a good teaching in the students. The purpose of the present work is to make that the
educational ones arrive to the students so that they can demonstrate its capacities,
dexterities and abilities that possess for the studies; for that a good one educational
he/she makes a good student and that what we want to achieve in them, since they
are the future of the homeland. Those responsible for the work remind them their
application since it is a very important material of a lot of value and importance in the
objective of to eradicate the indexes of aggressiveness among the children and to
foment the harmony and peace in the class living room and the love to the studies
and the suppuration.
