To that end, the Con sti tu tional Tri bu nal of Peru stated that the amparo that the ap pel lants re quired had been passed in a fraud u lent trial where the po lit i cal re gime in force then had par tic i pated –dur ing the Fujimori Ad min is tra tion. Like wise, the Tri bu nal pointed out that one of the de ci - sions is sued in the amparo pro ceed ings whose ex e cu tion the ap pel lants were claim ing had been sub ject to the de ci sion to be made by the com pe - tent au thor i ties about the Pe ru vian na tion al ity of Mr. Ivcher Bronstein —a mat ter re lated to his rights as a share holder—, and that such sit u a tion had been re solved by both the Com mis sion on Hu man Rights and the Inter-Amer i can Court of Hu man Rights, the bod ies that had al ready re - solved the mat ter of his na tion al ity fa vor ably. Con se quently, the Tri bu nal es tab lished that al though the ini tial amparo in stances claimed had been car ried out in an ir reg u lar man ner by the na tional courts, it was cor - rected at su pra na tional level later on. To that end, the Con sti tu tional Tri - bu nal pointed out that pur su ant to the Con sti tu tional Pro ce dural Code, a new con sti tu tional mo tion was not ap pli ca ble —i.e., the ob jec tion made by the ap pel lants— when ques tion ing the res o lu tion in a pre vi ous con sti tu - tional trial —the amparo case filed ini tially in an ir reg u lar man ner and amended later.
