(G) engages in conduct involving a public school that contains the elements <strong>of</strong> the <strong>of</strong>fense <strong>of</strong> false<br />
alarm or report under Section 42.06, Penal Code, or terroristic threat under Section 22.07,<br />
Penal Code without regard to whether the conduct occurs on or <strong>of</strong>f <strong>of</strong> school property or<br />
while attending a school-sponsored or school-related activity on or <strong>of</strong>f <strong>of</strong> school property;<br />
(H) engages in conduct that contains the elements <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>fense under Section 22.01(a)(1), Penal<br />
Code, against a school employee or a volunteer, as defined by Section 22.053, Education<br />
Code, or in retaliation for, or as a result <strong>of</strong> the person's employment or association with the<br />
school, without regard to whether the conduct occurs on or <strong>of</strong>f <strong>of</strong> school property, or while<br />
attending a school-sponsored or school-related activity on or <strong>of</strong>f <strong>of</strong> school property;<br />
(I) engages in conduct that contains the elements <strong>of</strong> the <strong>of</strong>fense <strong>of</strong> deadly conduct under Section<br />
22.05, Penal Code; or<br />
(J) possesses a firearm, as defined by 18 U.S.C. Section 921.<br />
48. Hazing;<br />
49. Committing extortion or blackmail;<br />
50. Recording the voice or image <strong>of</strong> another without the prior consent <strong>of</strong> the individuals being recorded or<br />
in any way that disrupts the educational environment or invades the privacy <strong>of</strong> others;<br />
51. Possession or use: fireworks <strong>of</strong> any kind, smoke or stink bombs, or any other pyrotechnic device; a<br />
razor, box cutter or chain or any other object used in a way that threatens or inflicts bodily injury to<br />
another person; a “look-alike” gun; an air gun or BB gun; ammunition; a stun gun; a pocketknife or any<br />
other small knife; mace or pepper spray; pornographic material; a laser pointer for other than an<br />
approved use or any articles not generally considered to be weapons, including school supplies, when<br />
the principal or designee determines that a danger exists;<br />
52. Possession <strong>of</strong> or selling look-alike drugs or attempt to pass items <strong>of</strong>f as drugs or contraband;<br />
53. Making false accusations or perpetuate hoaxes regarding school safety, including, but not limited to,<br />
engaging in conduct relating to a false alarm or report (including a bomb threat) or a terroristic threat<br />
involving a public school.<br />
54. Gambling or participating in gambling activities<br />
55. Involvement in a public school fraternity, sorority, or secret society, including participating as a<br />
member or pledge, or soliciting another person to become a pledge or member <strong>of</strong> a public school<br />
fraternity, sorority, secret society, or gang while at school.<br />
56. Involvement in criminal street gang activity while at school.<br />
57. Any criminal mischief;<br />
58. Being required to register as a sex <strong>of</strong>fender;<br />
59. Behaving in a manner that contains the elements <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>fense relating to public lewdness or indecent<br />
exposure;<br />
60. Being arrested for, charged with, received deferred prosecution, probation or convicted <strong>of</strong> conduct<br />
punishable as a felony listed under Title 5 <strong>of</strong> the Texas Penal Code whether the conduct occurs on or <strong>of</strong><br />
school property and not at a school-sponsored or school-related event and:<br />
The student receives deferred prosecution or probation<br />
A court or jury finds that the student has engaged in delinquent conduct,<br />
The school administrator has a reasonable belief that the student engaged in the conduct.<br />
61. Engaging in the following, no matter where it takes place:<br />
Conduct that contains the element <strong>of</strong> assault under Penal Code 22.01(a)(1) in retaliation against<br />
a school employee or volunteer.<br />
Criminal mischief, if punishable as a felony.<br />
62. Engaging in conduct that contains the elements <strong>of</strong> one <strong>of</strong> the following <strong>of</strong>fenses against another<br />
student, without regard to where the conduct occurs:<br />
