SUMMARYThis thesis is the authors' responsibility, developed in the Clinic of Rehabilitation"Solo por fe" of women of the city of Portoviejo, under the modality Community Work.This center of Rehabilitation was chosen, in which the womb was applied of hadinvolved that it allowed to detect some problems like: the lack of the interns'interpersonal relationships, families and directive of the Clinic, difficulty tocommunicate among them, lack and absence of ethical and moral values, theacceptance of those some to the other ones, behavior dysfunctions, difference ofsocial classes and difference of ages, among others.To overcome these problems training shops they were executed with contents ofdeep meaning, to improve the relationships and the interns' attitudes.The methodology utilized in the elaboration of this project matched give itdiagnostic communicative investigation and in the execution give it communaldevelopment for which they used the following methods: Investigating, bibliographic,communicative, expositive, evaluativo and analytical.Considering that the interpersonal relationships are important, because theyplay a fundamental paper in the person's integral development, and that throughIX
