accepter différentes propositions mais on exigera que
l’élève ait au moins pensé à décomposer ce mot.

s’être appuyé sur le contexte pour voir que ce mot est un
faux-ami ; et avoir repéré de plus que le groupe nominal
dont il est le complément (different viewpoints on…)
l’aide à inférer le sens.
own : propres/personnelles/à vous… voilà un cas où le
contexte et l’expérience seuls peuvent guider, où l’élève
prendra le risque de deviner.
preconceived : préconçues / trop rapides, non raisonnées…
l’élève devra s’être appuyé sur la décomposition en
pre- (suffi xe commun au français) et conceived : assez
transparent pour prendre le risque de le traduire par
« conçues », surtout compte tenu de mot suivant : ideas.
