oici l’histoire de Tsingory, jeune garçon amoureux
de la danse. Tsingory a la musique dans la peau. A
la moindre note, au moindre rythme, le voici qui se
met à danser.
Un jour, il entendit parler de l’oiseau extraordinaire du
Roi au chant cristallin. Il eut l’envie de s’en accaparer
pour pouvoir inventer des pas de danse selon les chants
de l’oiseau. Il sortit en pleine nuit. L’oiseau chantait mais
les gardiens bercés par les chants de l’oiseau dormaient
à point fermé. Le jeune homme escalada le toit et se
saisit de l’oiseau qui quoique entre ses mains, continua
de chanter. Mais en se glissant à terre, Tsingory le serra
involontairement et l’étouffa, arrêtant brusquement son
chant ce qui réveilla immédiatement les gardiens qui se
mirent à poursuivre Tsingory jusqu’à sa maison. Sa mère le
cacha en l’enroulant dans une natte de jonc.
Bientôt les courtisans arrivèrent chez Tsingory et se
mirent à chanter, ils savaient que Tsingory ne pouvait
pas y résister. Tsingory se retenait de danser jusqu’à ce
qu’une chanteuse à la voix exquise entonne des chants
sublimement. Tsingory se mit alors à danser comme
jamais, il bondit hors de la maison et enchaîna les pas de
danse les plus extraordinaires. Le Roi, averti, accourut et
s’émerveilla du spectacle au point d’ordonner de faire de
Tsingory le premier danseur du royaume.
Morale de l’histoire : Il faut toujours aller au bout de ses

Listen to the story of Tsingory, a young boy who loved
dancing. Tsingory has music in his blood. At the
slightest sound, at the slightest rhythm, he starts to
dance.
One day he heard rumors about the Kings extraordinary bird
with a crystal-clear voice. He knew that he had to hear these
tweets by himself and invent dance steps according to the birds
songs. He sneaked out in the middle of the night. The bird was
singing as usual, which had lulled the guardians of the gate
into sleep. The young man climbed the roof and seized the bird
which, though in his hands, continued to sing. But when sliding
to the ground, Tsingory involuntarily squeezed and choked the
bird, thereby interrupting the song which immediately awoke
the guards who started to pursue Tsingory, who ran home. His
mother hid him by wrapping him into a rush mat.
As soon as the persecutors of the court arrived at Tsingorys
place, they began to sing, well aware of the fact that Tsingory
could not resist music. Tsingory managed to restrain himself
until a singer with an exquisite voice sang a song too sublimely.
Tsingory began to dance like never before, jumping out of
the house and making the most extraordinary dance steps.
Meanwhile king had been alarmed was just arriving. He
couldnt help but marvel at the spectacle to such a point
that eventually he appointed Tsingory as first dancer of the
kingdom.
Moral of the story: Always follow your dreams, as
perseverance might pay-out at the end.
