Le départ se fera à Antananarivo avant d’arriver à
Morondava. Ce circuit propose la découverte d'une région
encore peu connue, située à l'ouest de Madagascar, « Le
et serpentez dans cette région sauvage où s'étend à perte
de vue l'imposant massif du Bemaraha et ses « Tsingy ».
Vous rejoindrez ensuite le versant occidental du massif qui

Morondava by Canoe
The departure will be in Antananarivo before arriving in
Morondava. This circuit proposes the discovery of a still
little known region, located in the west of Madagascar,
"The Menabe". You will descend the Manambolo river by
canoe, and meander in this wild region where extends as
far as the eye can see the imposing massif of Bemaraha
and its "Tsingy". You will start the western side of the
massif which towers the great plains of Menabe, furrowed
by the Manambolo river. Here our convoy of canoes will
pass ablong, being guided by the current. The whole life of
the river unfolds before your eyes, displaying the languid
rhythm of nature while the current carries us on. The
next day you can discover the famous Tsingy. The houses
disappear little by little, the shores reveal walls of sand dug
by the river's crus.

Ce circuit vous fera découvrir la réserve de Sainte Luce.
Il vous offrira une expérience d'une beauté spectaculaire
du sud-est de Madagascar. La première journée de kayak
(comptez 4 heures) démarre à Evatra et se poursuit par
paysages côtiers et la piscine naturelle. La réserve de
Sainte Luce est située sur une péninsule en forme d'île,
coupée du continent par l'embouchure des rivières au nord
et au sud. La réserve a été établie pour contribuer à la
conservation de cet habitat exceptionnel. Elle fait partie de
la dernière véritable forêt côtière du sud-est de Madagascar,
l'une des plus menacées du pays.

This tour explores the Sainte Luce Reserve. It will offer
an experience of a spectacular beauty of the south-east
starts in Evatra and continues with a nice walk to Lokaro.
Discover the beautiful coastal landscapes and the natural
swimming pool. The
Sainte Luce Reserve is
located on an islandshaped
peninsula, cut
off from the mainland
by the mouths of the
rivers to the north and
south. The reserve has
been established to
assure the conservation of this exceptional habitat. It is part
of the last real coastal forest in southeastern Madagascar,
one of the most endangered in the country.
