ANDAMENTO DELL’ ESERCIZIO 2010 PROGRESS REPORT 2010
11 Lʼanno 2010 per il Gruppo SACMI ha ripresentato tutti gli effetti della gravissima recessione, iniziata nel 2008 e che si è protrae ancora oggi per molte aziende italiane ed europee. Tuttavia le azioni di ristrutturazione intraprese gli anni scorsi e continuate nel 2010 hanno garantito gli auspicati effetti positivi. Sono da evidenziare in particolare: • La ristrutturazione di SACMI Istanbul, con la chiusura della società di Bursa. • La ristrutturazione di SACMI FORNI, con cessione di SACMI AUTOMATION a NUOVA FIMA e sua prossima fusione con SIMA. • La creazione del polo Logistico a Salvaterra, gestito da Italiansped, società a cui è stato assegnato anche il compito di coordinamento della Logistica del Gruppo. • La ristrutturazione di SACMI PACKAGING con una nuova organizzazione, lʼintegrazione di SACMI PAKIM e la focalizzazione della società sul fine linea Beverage e Food. • Una nuova organizzazione in SACMI VERONA in particolare con una rinnovata Direzione Generale e Commerciale. • Una riorganizzazione in SACMI FILLING, con una nuova Direzione Generale e Operativa. • Lʼintegrazione di NEGRI BOSSI USA e HAYES in SACMI USA, In 2010 the SACMI Group was again forced to deal with the effects of the deep recession that began in 2008 and still affects many Italian and European businesses. Nevertheless, the restructuring plan implemented in recent years and its continuance in 2010 has provided the hoped-for positive outcomes. Some of the most significant points were: • Restructuring of SACMI Istanbul, with closure of the company Bursa. • The restructuring of SACMI FORNI, with SACMI AUTOMATION ceded to Nuova Fima and SACMI Forni to merge with SIMA in the near future. • The creation of a Logistics centre at Salvaterra, managed by Italiansped, the company that has also been assigned the task of coordinating Group Logistics. • The restructuring of SACMI PACKAGING, involving new organisation, integration of SACMI PAKIM and a sharper focus on end-of-line systems for Beverage and Food. • A new organisational set-up for SACMI VERONA, the key aspect of which was renewal of General and Sales Management. • Reorganisation of SACMI FILLING, with new General and Executive Management. • The assimilation of NEGRI BOSSI USA and HAYES into SACMI USA,
