mondiale è già un evidente conferma
della bontà di questa diversificazione.
Anche nel mondo del fine linea ceramico,
grazie allʼingresso di Nuova Fima,
si è decisamente rafforzata ed il bilancio
già in profitto nel suo primo esercizio
allʼinterno del Gruppo è frutto delle
evidenti sinergie tecniche-commerciali
che affiancate ad una energica
ristrutturazione aziendale, hanno
permesso di rilanciare Nuova Fima,
riportandola ai risultati che hanno
caratterizzato la sua storia passata.
Nel mondo della smaltatura e della
decorazione digitale la società Intesa si
sta affermando come azienda qualificata
e credibile: sono già più di dieci
le macchine vendute per la stampa
digitale delle piastrelle e che sono
in corso di avviamento.
Anche nellʼambito della vagliatura
la partnership e la rappresentanza
del marchio Cuccolini fanno di Intesa
la maggior azienda per la vendita di
setacci sia nellʼambito della preparazione
delle polveri atomizzate che degli smalti.
Occorre poi evidenziare la continua
affermazione commerciale della linea
di pressatura CONTINUA: sono oramai
una quindicina le linee vendute
nel mondo.
Si sta rivelando fondamentale
la valorizzazione di questa linea grazie
alla decorazione digitale sia in secco
che in umido sviluppata dal Gruppo
SACMI proprio per raggiungere
il massimo di flessibilità e di capacità
di creare prodotti ad alto valore aggiunto.
Sempre nellʼambito della pressatura
è degno di nota il positivo andamento
delle ultime presse presentate
al mercato: la PH10.000
e PH3200 Lean.
Lʼinnovazione apportata con il cambio
stampo rapido è stata salutata con ampi
consensi dal mondo ceramico che vede
un altro tassello nel percorso di rendere
le linee sempre più flessibili.

In the glazing and digital decoration
world Intesa is rapidly gaining a
reputation for skill and trustworthiness:
already, more than ten digital tile
decoration machines have been sold
and are currently going through
the start-up process.
With regard to screening, a partnership
with and representation of the Cuccolini
brand makes Intesa the biggest sieve
sales company in both the spray dried
powder and glaze sectors.
Also deserving of mention is the ongoing
sales success of the CONTINUA
pressing line: some fifteen lines have
now been sold all over the world.
The wet and dry digital decoration
systems developed by the SACMI Group
are becoming essential to the success
of Continua technology as they maximise
flexibility and the capacity to create
products with high added value.
With regard to pressing, the positive
performance of the latest presses
released on the market – the PH10.000
and PH3200 Lean – should also
be pointed out.
The innovation of fast die changeover
has won widespread approval from
the ceramic world as it constitutes yet
another step towards achieving
ever-more flexible production lines.
