BEVERAGE
Nel 2010 si è anche installata, presso
unʼazienda leader in ambito packaging
farmaceutico, il primo esemplare di CBF.
I segnali che si sono ricevuti sembrano
positivi ed incoraggianti.
Questa tecnologia potrebbe
rappresentare un importante campo
di sviluppo della nostra divisione
negli anni a venire.
SACMI FILLING ha visto nel 2010 una
buona ripresa dei volumi, assestando
il fatturato su un valore di 40 milioni
di euro con un modesto, ma significativo,
utile a bilancio.
Da rilevare il consolidamento nella
fornitura di monoblocchi presso i più
importanti attori nel settore
del Beverage, oltre allʼimportante
ingresso nellʼorbita di Coca Cola.
Nellʼanno trascorso sono inoltre stati
avviati diversi progetti per nuove
tecnologie di riempimento, oltre
ad un notevole lavoro di continuing
sulla gamma esistente.
In particolare è stato lanciato,
investendo in risorse sia umane
che strumentali, lʼimportante sviluppo
di macchine elettroniche ed
elettropneumatiche: le prime per
soddisfare le necessità dei clienti più
esigenti in tema di riempimento a caldo,
alternativa sempre più valida
al riempimento asettico; le ultime
per completare la gamma esistente,
coprendo sia il settore del vetro che
quello della plastica con particolare
attenzione alle linee per la birra.
Sacmi Filling continua il suo ruolo
di impiantista allʼinterno della divisione
Beverage dando necessario supporto
alle altre aziende del Gruppo.
registrando un 21,31% come
SACMI FILLING achieved considerably
increased sales volumes in 2010,
posting sales in the order of 40 million
Euros and a small - yet significant -
profit.
Particularly noteworthy was the increase
in integrated production centre sales
to major players in the Beverage industry
and the establishment of business
relations with Coca Cola.
Over the course of the year, in fact,
various new filling technology projects
have been initiated, while intensive
enhancement work on the existing range
has continued.
More specifically, by investing in human
and capital resources, major
development work on electronic
and electro-pneumatic machines has
been launched; the electronic machines
aim to meet the hot filling (an ever-more
sound alternative to aseptic filling)
requirements of even the most
demanding customers; the purpose
of the electro-pneumatic machines is
to complete the existing range, covering
both the glass and plastic sectors,
especially as regards beer production
lines.
Sacmi Filling continues its role as plant
engineer within the Beverage division,
providing essential support to other
Group companies.
SACMI LABELLING
In 2010 the investment climate on
relative markets showed clear signs
of improving, with the labelling business
growing by 21.31%.
While the competition has persisted
with a policy of lower sale prices,
Sacmi Labelling succeeded in
responding positively and enhancing its
market standing by supplying products
of outstanding technical and production
quality, counting among its customers
the biggest industrial groups on relative
