Tyre warmers / Coperte termiche
A line of tyre warmers available in 4 different standard sizes,
offering greater versatility across a wider range of tyre sizes
and now available in two types: with a standard temperature
control thermostat or with a central electronic temperature
control box.
Interior: Nomex ® .
Exterior: Cordura ® which improves transpiration allowing
moisture to escape away from the tyre.
Electrical cables and connectors are compliant with EEC
electrical standards.
Upon request, tyre warming blankets can be made to measure.
Tyre warmers for motorcycles are also available upon request.
Tyre warmers models with a Central Electronic
Temperature Control Box (part number T200) allows each
of the 4 tyres to have individual temperature settings. The
control box features an electronic control device controlled
by software preventing overheating. The external case of the
control box is ABS plastic with an electrical protection rating
of IP44.

Tyre warmers models with a Standard Temperature
Control Thermostat allows the tyre surface to reach 70/80 °C.
The time required to reach this temperature is dependant
on ambient temperature, tyre dimensions and operating
conditions.

Gamma di termocoperte, disponibili in 4 differenti misure, al
fine di essere utilizzabili su un’ampia gamma di pneumatici ed
in due tipologie: con termostato a regolazione standard o con
centralina elettronica di controllo.
Interno: Nomex ® .
Esterno: Cordura ® (migliora la traspirazione e ottimizza la
fuoriuscita dell’umidità dal pneumatico).
Fornite di cavi e connessioni a norma EEC.
Su richiesta, possiamo eseguire coperte termiche per ogni misura di
pneumatico.
Su richiesta sono disponibili anche coperte termiche per moto.
Modelli di coperte termiche dotate di sensore elettronico
per utilizzo tramite centralina di controllo (cod.T200),
consentono regolazioni individuali delle temperature dei
4 penumatici. La centralina, realizzata in ABS con grado di
protezione impermeabile IP 44, è dotata di un dispositivo di
controllo elettronico con software anti-sovrariscaldamento.

Modelli di coperte termiche con termostato a regolazione
standard, consentono di raggiungere la temperatura di 70/80
°C per pneumatico. Il ciclo di esecuzione dipende dalla
temperatura esterna, dalle dimensioni del pneumatico e dalle
condizioni operative.
