Nuovi dispositivi consentono di ottenere, attraverso un processo continuo, polveri a granulometria ed umidità ben definite. Il sistema di distribuzione a lance è stato progettato lasciando la possibilità di ottimizzare la posizione e l’orientamento degli ugelli in funzione del tipo di barbottina. L’elevata flessibilità di regolazione del distributore dell’aria calda permette di ottimizzare il vortice all’interno della camera di essiccamento, sia con lance che con corona, mantenendolo bilanciato attorno all’asse dell’atomizzatore. Il programma di gestione, flessibile ed automatico, offre la possibilità di includere, escludere e selezionare il tipo di regolazione delle serrande e del bruciatore individualmente ed in qualsiasi momento. In particolare le serrande principale e di pressurizzazione possono essere regolate in manuale, in posizione od in pressione; il bruciatore può essere regolato in manuale, in temperatura d’entrata, in temperatura d’uscita od in umidità. Il trasduttore di pressione in torre permette di regolare la serranda di pressurizzazione in base al set point di pressione. E’ utile per attenuare le oscillazioni di pressione durante l'avviamento, l'entrata e l'uscita dalla produzione; permette inoltre, durante il funzionamento a regime, di ottenere una migliore uniformità del prodotto. Il quadro elettrico di comando può essere dotato di PC, che, oltre a fornire un'interfaccia operatore immediata, permette di registrare e rappresentare graficamente i dati di produzione. I contatori ed i totalizzatori consentono di monitorare e confrontare la produzione ed i consumi energetici di diversi giorni, mesi, anni, turni e lotti di produzione. L’ATM 200, date le dimensioni, si presta particolarmente ad essere collegato con un impianto di cogenerazione a turbina, per il quale Sacmi ha standardizzato una soluzione impiantistica, che prevede l’installazione di un apposito bruciatore. Inoltre, grazie allo sviluppo di un particolare miscelatore aria-aria progettato ad hoc, gli atomizzatori Sacmi possono oggi essere collegati con turbine che hanno una portata di fumi non sufficiente al fabbisogno dell'atomizzatore. Il nuovo software, studiato e collaudato per ottimizzare il funzionamento degli atomizzatori con cogenerazione, è in grado di gestire in modo armonico la portata di aria del ventilatore di pressurizzazione e la portata di fumi di cogenerazione, mantenendo costanti i parametri nella torre di essiccamento, a garanzia della qualità del prodotto atomizzato. Technical features The ATM 200, with evaporation capacity of 20,000 l/h, is one of Sacmi’s latest models of spray driers. New devices make it possible to obtain powders with welldefined grain size and moisture content by means of a continuous process. The jet tubes distribution system has been designed with the possibility to optimise the position and orientation of the nozzles according to the type of slip. The high adjustment flexibility of the hot air distributor makes it possible to optimise the vortex inside the drying chamber, with both jet tubes and rings, keeping it balanced around the axis of the spray drier. The flexible automatic control programme has the options to include, exclude, and select the type of adjustment of the shutters and burner, individually and at any time. Specifically, the main shutter and pressurisation shutter can be adjusted manually in terms of position or pressure; the burner can be adjusted manually in terms of input temperature, output temperature, or moisture. The pressure transducer in the tower makes it possible to adjust the pressurisation shutter according to the pressure set point. This is useful for reducing pressure oscillations during production startup, intake, and output; it also makes it possible during full operation to obtain better product uniformity. The electric control board can be equipped with a PC, which provides an immediate operator interface and can record and graphically display production data. Counters and totalisers make it possible to monitor and compare the production data and energy consumption of different days, months, years, shifts, and production batches. The ATM 200, thanks to its dimensions, is particularly suited to being connected with a turbine cogeneration system, for which Sacmi has standardised a system solution involving the installation of a special burner. Moreover, the development of a specially designed airair mixer allows Sacmi spray driers to be connected with turbines having a fume conveying capacity not sufficient to the requirements of the dryer. The new software, developed and tested to optimise the operation of the spray driers with cogeneration, is able to manage harmoniously the air flow of the pressurisation fan and the cogeneration fume conveying capacity, maintaining constant parameters in the drying tower, which guarantees the quality of the spray-dried product. La serie di essiccatoi orizzontali a rulli “WEO” è costituita da macchine di elevate prestazioni ed affidabilità che, abbinate ad una concreta semplicità costruttiva e di esercizio, garantiscono una notevole capacità di essiccamento per la più ampia tipologia di prodotti ceramici. La serie proposta si divide in due differenti tipologie: • Essiccatoi Orizzontali Mono-piano • Essiccatoi Orizzontali Multi-piano (2-3-5 piani). Queste tipologie sono a loro volta suddivise in una gamma che prevede una varietà di larghezze utili di carico in funzione delle differenti tipologie di prodotto da processare. La principale ed innovativa caratteristica degli essiccatoi orizzontali consiste nell’estrema flessibilità ed elasticità della gestione del ciclo termico, garantita dalla possibilità di operare sulle regolazioni della circolazione dell’aria. Ogni modulo è regolabile in modo indipendente, il flusso e la temperatura dell’aria possono essere variate in funzione delle esigenze di essiccamento; ciò permette di realizzare le condizioni termo-igrometriche ideali per ottenere curve di essiccazione perfettamente calibrate in funzione del tipo e dello spessore del materiale trattato. Le piastrelle vengono investite da considerevoli flussi di aria calda, sopra e sotto perpendicolarmente alla loro superficie, convogliata attraverso gspeciali “dispositivi di soffiaggio a flusso laminare” in grado di garantire notevoli rendimenti del processo evaporativo. Essiccatoi orizzontali serie “WEO” / Horizontal dryers series “WEO” Technical features The horizontal dryers of the new series WEO are the proposals Welko Industriale puts forth to satisfy the multivariety of new requirements for a modern fast drying process for tiles, in line with the demands of today’s ceramic industry. The series of the “WEO” horizontal dryers aggregates highly performing and reliable machines that, together with a concrete construction and operation simplicity, offer a considerable drying capacity to the widest range of ceramic products. Two are the different typologies proposed: • Mono-layer Horizontal Dryers • Multi-layer Horizontal Dryers (2-3-5 decks) each one available in a variety of useful widths, functional to the various types of products to be processed. The main and innovative feature of these horizontal dryers is the extreme flexibility and elasticity in dealing with the heat cycle, ensured by the possibility to regulate the air circulation. Each module is independently adjustable, the air flow and temperature can be varied according to any drying requirement, to achieve the ideal heat-hygrometric conditions and obtain perfectly calibrated drying curves in function to type and thickness of material treated. Tiles are blown with consistent hot air streams, above and below perpendicularly to their surface, conveyed through special “laminar flow blowing devices” resulting in remarkable yields of the evaporative process.
