L’azienda<br />
La C.M.C. azienda attiva nel mercato<br />
della <strong>mo</strong>vimentazione della piastrella da<br />
oltre 20 anni progetta e realizza impianti<br />
di <strong>mo</strong>vimentazione della piastrella cotta<br />
all’ingresso e all’usc<strong>it</strong>a del forno ed è<br />
costantemente in aggiornamento tecnico<br />
alla ricerca di nuove soluzioni logistiche<br />
atte al miglioramento ed alla<br />
razionalizzazione di questo particolare<br />
settore, sia con prodotti innovativi che<br />
con servizi specializzati.<br />
In particolare le macchine che C.M.C.<br />
sviluppa per la <strong>mo</strong>vimentazione della<br />
piastrella all’ingresso e all’usc<strong>it</strong>a del<br />
forno sono:<br />
• macchine di carico forno <strong>mo</strong>nocanale<br />
con compensatore a 17 , 40 o 48 piani<br />
in grado di gestire formati che vanno<br />
dal 100x100 mm al 1000x1000m o<br />
g<br />
1200x600mm<br />
• macchine di carico forno bi-canale<br />
con funzionamento analogo e due<br />
compensatori da 17 piani. Entrambe le<br />
macchine possono essere equipaggiate<br />
con formatore di file integrato o<br />
separato.<br />
• macchina di scarico forno per piccoli<br />
formati grazie alla rulliera con 3 traini<br />
separati ed alle due barriere si<br />
caratterizza per la gestione di forni con<br />
un elevatissi<strong>mo</strong> numero di pezzi in<br />
usc<strong>it</strong>a. La stessa macchina di scarico<br />
viene prodotta anche per grandi e<br />
grandissimi formati e per la gestione di<br />
pezzi con forme e misure fuori dagli<br />
standard ab<strong>it</strong>uali.<br />

machines can be equipped w<strong>it</strong>h a row<br />
former un<strong>it</strong><br />
• kiln unloading machines for small tile<br />
sizes w<strong>it</strong>h an enor<strong>mo</strong>us number of cycle<br />
in ex<strong>it</strong>, or for big and very big tile sizes<br />
and for the administration of <strong>it</strong>ems w<strong>it</strong>h<br />
forms and dimensions out of standard.
