Bijlage 2 (Appendix 2) Information Bus transportGeneralComfort provides the bus transport to and from the Hollandse School. Thetransport contract is directly made up between the participating parents andComfort.The administration office at school has a map of Singapore indicating alllocations covered by Comfort.All buses have been equipped with air-conditioning and safety belts for allchildren. Every bus has an attendant, who keeps an eye on the children.Depending on the number of children that is picked up per route, a 11-, 15- or19-seater bus is used.To registerFor new applications you must complete a registration form. These aredownloadable from HSL website. The form must be sent by fax or email toComfort (fax: 6456 0922, email: lishan@comfortdelgrobus.com.sg).Comfort will contact you within one week about the new application.In order to keep all information up-to-date, all children must be registered againevery school year. Before the start of the new school year all parents receive aregistration form. This form needs to be sent by fax email to Comfort (fax: 64560922, email: lishan@comfortdelgrobus.com.sg).Changes in or cancelling of bus serviceIn case of:• a move within Singapore• a change in the number of days of the bus transport• a change of ‘one way’ to ‘two way’ or vice versa• the transfer from Jip & Janneke to the HSLplease inform Comfort at least one week before the change by email(lishan@comfortdelgrobus.com.sg) or fax (Ms. Kang Li Shan – 6456 0922 ).In case of :• leaving Singapore• ending of the transport contractplease complete a ‘Termination of bus transport service’ form and fax it toComfort (6456 0922). This form is available at the administration office of theschool.Also in this case you must inform Comfort at least one week in advance.122
