Dividido entre três grandes conglomerados empresariais
brasileiros – Camargo Corrêa, Andrade
Gutierrez e Serveng-Civilsan – e o grupo português
Brisa, a maior operadora de autoestradas de
Portugal, o bloco controlador reúne pouco mais
de 70% do capital do Grupo CCR. Os menos de
30% restantes estão distribuídos no mercado, em
ações do Novo Mercado da Bolsa de Valores de
São Paulo (Bovespa).

Divided among three large Brazilian corporate
conglomerates – Camargo Corrêa, Andrade
Gutierrez, and Serveng-Civilsan – plus Portugal’s
Brisa Group, which is that country’s biggest highway
operator, the CCR Group’s controlling bloc holds a
little over 70% of its capital. The remaining less than
30% are distributed on the market in shares listed on
the Novo Mercado of the São Paulo Stock Exchange
(Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo - BOVESPA).
