os mais recentes informes ao mercado, os resultados
(por trimestre ou exercício) e a cotação do dia
das ações CCR03 no mercado acionário.

Information and credibility
Through a series of specific means, the CCR Group
offers shareholders, investors, and capital market
professionals clear and opportune information about
the economic-financial performance of the Company.
From the Company’s viewpoint, transparency is the
fundamental element in the relationship with these
stakeholders, as a means of ensuring the credibility
and continuity of the business.
Among other useful pieces of information presented
on the site www.grupoccr.com.br/ri, the CCR Group
offers the most recent market reports, its results
(quarterly or annually), and the daily stock quotes
of CCR03 on the stock market.
The release of these reports not only facilitates the
evaluation of the Group, and of the market as a
whole, but also provides top management with the
possibility of learning the opinions of the financial
community regarding its performance.
Ações e canais de relacionamento
CCR Day – Realizado uma vez por ano, geralmente
em novembro, o evento permite que todos os
diretores da Companhia apresentem os resultados
do ano em curso e antecipem as perspectivas e
estratégias para os próximos anos.
Road Show Nacional e Internacional – Consiste
no principal evento para a apresentação dos dados
financeiros e das perspectivas aos investidores nacionais
e internacionais da CCR. Em 2007, foram
realizadas duas edições internacionais, na Europa
e nos Estados Unidos, além de outras duas edições
nacionais, em São Paulo e no Rio de Janeiro.
Programa de Visita de Investidores – Propicia a visita
de investidores e analistas de mercado às instalações
da CCR, que percorrem praças de pedágio e centros
de controle operacional, para conhecer in loco como
funciona uma concessionária de rodovias.
Actions and relationship channels
CCR Day – Held once a year, usually in November,
the event allows all of the Company’s directors
to present the results of the year in progress and
advance the perspectives and strategies for the
coming years.
National and International Road Show – This
is the main event for presenting the financial
data and perspectives to CCR’s Brazilian and
international investors. In 2007, two international
editions were held, in Europe and the United
States, plus another two Brazilian editions in São
Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
Investor Visitation Program – The program
allows investors and market analysts to visit CCR’s
facilities, including toll plazas and operational
control centers, in order to get on-site knowledge
of how a highway concessionaire works.
