The <strong>CCR</strong> Group assures that its employees enjoy<br />

a number of benefits, many of which are not withheld<br />

from their salary (fully subsidized):<br />

Fully subsidized<br />

* Group medical assistance - this prepaid<br />

model includes doctor’s appointments, exams<br />

and hospitalization<br />

* Group dental assistance - this prepaid<br />

model includes doctor’s appointments, exams<br />

and hospitalization<br />

* Group life insurance - this “secured capital”<br />

model, uniformly sets multiple basic<br />

nominal salaries, with a ceiling established<br />

in the policy<br />

Partially Subsidized<br />

* Meals - <strong>CCR</strong> offers a partially subsidized meal<br />

program, according to the rules and criteria<br />

of the Workers Meal Program (Programa de<br />

Alimentação dos Trabalhadores-PAT)<br />

* Transportation voucher - standardized in<br />

2006, also in terms of the salary withholding<br />

levels. <strong>CCR</strong> gives employees a travel voucher<br />

or other means of transportation (private or<br />

contracted, depending on the job location)<br />
