ART. 7º CF, INCISO II SEGURO DESEMPREGO PRAZO PARA REQUERIMENTO Para requerer o benefício o trabalhador terá um prazo de 7 (sete) a 120 (cento e vinte) dias, contados a partir da data de sua dispensa.
O que é? ART. 7º CF, INCISO III FGTS O FGTS é uma poupança aberta pela empresa em nome do trabalhador que funciona como uma garantia para protegê-lo em caso de demissão sem justa causa. Todos os trabalhadores com carteira de trabalho assinada têm direito ao FGTS. O empregador deve depositar mensalmente em uma conta bancária aberta em nome do trabalhador na Caixa Econômica federal um valor correspondente a 8% do valor de seu salário.
