- Prednison 1mg/kg zilele 1-5
- Ciclurile se repetă la 3 săptămâni, 8 cicluri
8. Cladribina :
- 0,14 mg/kg zilele 1-5, se repeta la 4 saptamani
9. Bendamustina-Rituximab
- Bendamustin 70 mg/m 2 zilele 1si 2
- Rituximab 375mg/m 2 in ziua 0 la primul ciclu, apoi 500 mg/m 2 la ciclurile
urmatoare
Ciclurile se repeta la 28 de zile, 6 cicluri
