ECOPROFIT ® MICRO, sustainability and climate protection
The programme is not only aimed at elaborating an environmental
programme for the operating site but also at implementing
a sustainable corporate philosophy. In this context, it
is new that the companies’ services and products are considered
just as well. It is, above all, among micro-companies that
environmentally friendly products and services can yield economic
advantages in competition and bring about significant
improvements for environmental and climate protection.
Process of the ECOPROFIT ® MICRO Programme
In the 5 months’ programme period, the employees of the
companies participating will, in 5 workshops, elaborate fundamentals
relating to important environmental issues. In the
course of the workshop days, the focal topics of material and
energy management, conflict management as well as finding
measures in the environmental sector, teambuilding and facilitating
teams, motivation of employees and managers and
environmental law, will be presented and processed.
Besides the training workshops, the ECOPROFIT ® Micro Programme
includes personalized and customized consulting
provided by experts, which will make it easier to transfer the
know-how acquired in the workshops and help to optimize implementation
of the relevant measures within the companies.
Companies obtaining the ECOPROFIT ® Award for Micro-
Companies
The successful programme year will be completed in the course
of the awarding ceremony, where the City of Graz will officially
present the companies with the “ECOPROFIT ® Award for Micro-
Companies”. Thus it now is, for the first time, micro-companies
that can also use this award as a competitive advantage.
Companies interested can use the enclosed registration form
to register with the Environmental Department of Graz. Participation
is free of charge.
ÖKOPROFIT ® Mikro, Nachhaltigkeit und Klimaschutz
Ziel des Programms ist es, neben der Erarbeitung eines Umweltprogramms
für den Betriebsstandort auch eine nachhaltige
Unternehmensphilosophie umzusetzen. Dabei werden auch, und
das ist neu, Dienstleistungen und Produkte der Unternehmen
miteinbezogen. Umweltfreundliche Produkte und Dienstleistungen
können gerade bei Kleinstunternehmen wirtschaftliche Vorteile
im Wettbewerb bringen und schaffen für den Umwelt- und
Klimaschutz deutliche Verbesserungen.
Ablauf des ÖKOPROFIT ® Mikro-Programms
Im Programmzeitraum von 5 Monaten erarbeiten die MitarbeiterInnen
der teilnehmenden Unternehmen in 5 Workshops
Grundlagen zu wichtigen Umweltthemen. Im Rahmen der Workshoptage
werden die Themenschwerpunkte Stoff- und Energiemanagement,
Konfliktmanagement, sowie Maßnahmenfindung
im Umweltbereich, Teambildung und -betreuung, MitarbeiterInnen-
und Managementmotivation und Umweltrecht vorgestellt
und bearbeitet.
Neben den Trainingsworkshops umfasst das ÖKOPROFIT ®
Mikro-Programm ein individuelles Consulting durch Experten,
durch das die Übertragung des, in den Workshops erlernten,
Know-hows erleichtert und die Umsetzung der entsprechenden
Maßnahmen im Betrieb optimiert werden soll.
Ausgezeichnete ÖKOPROFIT ® Mikro-Betriebe
Das erfolgreiche Programmjahr schließt mit der öffentlichen Auszeichnung
der Stadt Graz zum „ÖKOPROFIT ® -Mikrobetrieb“.
Damit können nun auch erstmals Kleinstbetriebe diese Auszeichnung
als Wettbewerbsvorteil nutzen.

der nächsten Seite im Grazer Umweltamt melden. Die Teilnahme
ist kostenlos.
