Hub2Move together with EffizienzCluster LogistikRuhr and<br />
Fraunhofer IML.<br />
▶ Intelligent transport management<br />
Industrial trucks that move intelligently without a human<br />
at the wheel could be used in many companies in future.<br />
Logata Digital Solutions has been responsible for the development<br />
of a software required for such an intelligent<br />
transport order management. Besides, this software is<br />
linked with the Business AppStore for Logistics, the logistics<br />
mall, and allows the apps to communicate with each other<br />
– independent of the manufacturer. The logistics mall offers<br />
customized business processes in the form of apps.<br />

Lanfer Automation has made their contribution in the<br />
form of hardware. All components are prewired and prepared<br />
so that the implementation on site is actually extremely<br />
simple, fast and uncomplicated. Hub2Move was presented<br />
at the final event in Dortmund. Live and directly, the visitors<br />
gained an insight into the “logistics of tomorrow”.<br />

transshipment terminal which can easily be relocated,<br />
which adapts to changing requirements<br />
and which is quickly ready for use – with the<br />
joint project Hub2Move that was presented in<br />
January, the involved parties managed to create an efficient,<br />
effective and customizable material flow system which exactly<br />
meets the requirements mentioned above.<br />
Hub2Move is to allow its users to react more quickly to<br />
fast market changes and short innovation cycles. Until now,<br />
material flow systems have rather been static, inflexible,<br />
controlled centrally and designed for future peaks.<br />
