Maik Höhne (WM GROUP GmbH)
Heinz Peschkes (Ipacenter GmbH)
Maik Höhne has been working for WM GROUP since 2 April 2001. He started his
career as a warehouseman before he became a team manger in 2002 and a shift
leader in July 2007. After the closure of the location in Vreden, Maik Höhne has
been working as a shift leader at the logistics location in Mussum. Maik Höhne: “A
special moment for me clearly was the day when I was appointed a shift leader.”

Heinz Peschkes has been working for the company since 2001 and thus celebrates
his 15th service anniversary. Since his first day in the company, the former weaver
has taken care of the green spaces at the headquarters on Gut Baarking as a gardener.
Heinz Peschkes: “I have met a lot of people during my time here and I still
maintain a friendly contact to everyone working here.”

Anke Hülsken (WM-Services GmbH)
Since 1 April 1996 Anke Hülsken has been working for WM-Services. She has always
been responsible for accounting and has had a large number of different clients in
the last 20 years. Today, she is responsible for the complete accounting of WM GROUP,

including the preparations for the monthly and annual settlements. The accountant
met her husband at work and has been happily married for 12 years now. Anke Hülsken:
“For the future I hope that I will stay fit to manage this challenging yet very varied work.”
Arkadius Bialas (WM GROUP GmbH)
Arkadius Bialas has been working at the logistics location in Voerde ever since he
was employed on 2 May 2001. As an experienced employee he takes care of everything
that needs to be done.

Tobias Kaes (WM GROUP GmbH)
In May, Tobias celebrated his 15th service anniversary. Since 2001, he has been working
in the warehouse of WM GROUP’s location in Bocholt, Schlavenhorst. Tobias
Kaes: “I enjoy the work and I hope that I can stay here as long as possible.”

Muhammad Cheema (WM GROUP GmbH)
On 21 May 2001 Muhammad Cheema started as a temporary worker before he was
permanently employed as a packer for WM GROUP. During his time in the company,
he has changed location several times and since the end of 2015, he has been a
part of the team in Mussum. Muhammad Cheema: “I came to Germany from Pakistan.
Thanks to my job I have learned German and integrated quickly. I hope that I
can continue to advance my career and show that I’m a capable worker in future.
