12:00 p.m. – Now it’s getting creative. The two are standing
at a flip chart to prepare a workshop for machine operators
working for LEBO. “It’s about mutual training in the setup of
machines – the keyword is internal transfer of know-how,” Dr.
Julia Pradel explains.

13:30 p.m. – Melanie Wolbring is on her way to the nearby
location at Schlavenhorst. Here, she will take care of the
operational integration management after a long illness. “If
an employee is sick for more than 30 days, we’ll do our best
to facilitate a reintegration into work. This may include the
search for an alternative job, the reduction of working hours
or changes regarding the working environment,” Melanie
Wolbring explains. “The solutions we find are all very individual.”
▶ Dr. Julia Pradel deals with human
resources development and added value
15:00 p.m. – At around 05:00 p.m. the two finish work for
the day. “We don’t finish work at the same time every day.
Sometimes, we also have appointments in the evening or a
meeting that takes a bit longer than planned,” says Dr. Pradel.
“No day is like the other.”
