Die Architekten Beat und Rolf Jaeggi aus Sempach haben sich auf den<br />
Innenausbau der Penthouses spezialisiert und bringen viel Erfahrung mit.<br />
«Wir benötigen für den Ausbau rund ¾ Jahre. Der Innenausbau geschieht<br />
immer in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Besitzern. Auf den 200 bis<br />
620 m² Wohnfläche lässt sich jeder Wohntraum ermöglichen», erklärt<br />
Beat Jaeggi.<br />
Ein Ausbau eines Penthouses birgt einige Herausforderungen, wie Beat<br />
Jaeggi ausführt. «Da das Hotel operativ ist, müssen wir unsere Bauarbeiten<br />
so diskret wie möglich ausführen. Die Hotelgäste würden<br />
Baulärm während ihren Ferien nicht schätzen.» Dementsprechend ist im<br />
Penthouse, das die Brüder zurzeit ausbauen, sehr viel los. Rund 15 Bauarbeiter<br />
aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen arbeiten Hand in Hand<br />
und ganz nach den Vorstellungen der Besitzer. Jeder Wunsch kann<br />
im Penthouse erfüllt werden – sei es eine eigene Wellnessoase oder ein<br />
grosszügiger Masterbedroom: Jedes Penthouse wird massgeschneidert<br />
und individuell umgesetzt.<br />

The architects Beat and Rolf Jaeggi from Sempach have specialised<br />
in fitting out the interior of the penthouses and bring a great deal of<br />
experience to the task. “The work takes us about nine months,” explains<br />
Beat Jaeggi. “The interior design is always completed in close cooperation<br />
with the owners. We can create your dream living area in the<br />
apartments, which range in size from 200 to 620 m²”.<br />
Developing a penthouse brings its own challenges, as Beat Jaeggi<br />
elucidates: “Since the hotel is in operation, we have to carry out our<br />
construction work as discreetly as possible. The hotel guests would not<br />
appreciate building noise during their holiday.” Accordingly, there is a<br />
great deal going on in the Penthouse that the brothers are currently<br />
working on. About 15 construction workers from various trades work<br />
together and entirely according to the owner's specifications. Any<br />
requirement can be fulfilled in the Penthouse – whether it’s your own<br />
wellness oasis or a spacious master bedroom: Each Penthouse is<br />
customised and individually implemented.<br />
