perceiver, who knows how many “spiritual” and “psychological”<br />

ideas can emerge? Below is an enquiry into the nature<br />

Of THE COnCEpT Of THE BODY<br />

<strong>Wolinsky</strong>: Where is this consciousness called “my” consciousness,<br />

which believes in the concept of the body?<br />

Student: Here, in my head.<br />

<strong>Wolinsky</strong>: How would this concept called “my” consciousness<br />

define the concept called the head?<br />

Student: As pure energy and there are organs of perception<br />

and there are the organs of action and there are<br />

the instincts and there is a subtle body, causal<br />

body, and the body is made of blood and semen<br />

and light etc.<br />

<strong>Wolinsky</strong>: So this concept called “my” consciousness, which<br />

believes in the concept of the body, the concept<br />

of an energy body made of the senses and the<br />

instincts and light and subtle body, causal body,<br />

etc. What assumptions has the concept called<br />

“my” consciousness made about all these other<br />

concepts?<br />

Student: That without this body, without the organs of<br />

this body I would not be here. Thank God because<br />

of the body, I am sure that I will be here<br />

somewhere, because without the body concept<br />

then “kaput.”<br />
