Weft-faced plainweave. Natural ivory, and red,
yellow, black and blue wool.
221 x 152 cm 87 x 60 in (without fringe)
The natural ivory ground is bouclé, twisted so much that
it gives a nubbly effect, in contrast to the 13 fine pairs
of lines, 12 of which are black, one blue. The 12 broad
bands are red with a yellow stripe through the middle.
