c) Product development<br />

The product development pipeline is organized in four steps, as detailed in the graph below. It takes<br />

approx. 12 months from the first concept for a final product to come to the market.<br />

The team involved takes account of the following key objectives for new products:<br />

They should account for at least 15% of group turnover annually;<br />

Delivery to retailers should take into consideration their commercial calendar;<br />

New products are expected to enhance the brand value and have a high degree of longevity.<br />
