Attribute Description Default Setting
Read-only Select this check box if you do not
want to allow writing the feature
value by the protected application.
However, this value can be written in
the field using the Update value
command.
If you selected Write random check
box, the value will be written at the
time of programming the Sentinel Key.
You can read the Integer feature value
using the SFNTReadInteger function.
Not selected
Write-once Select this check box if you want to
allow writing the feature only once,
without providing a write password
(specify NULL in the WritePassword
parameter of the SFNTWriteInteger
API function). This attribute is suitable
for accepting integer data that a user
provides only once for validation (such
as the registration number) without
exposing the write password.
Please note that this value can be
overwritten in the field using the
Update value command.
5. Choose the integer type from the options shown:
8-bit integer: A value between 0 and 255.
16-bit integer: A value between 0 and 65,535.
32-bit integer: A value between 0 and 4,294,967,295.
6. Specify an integer value for the default instance.

7. Specify a write password if you want to write the feature value using
the SFNTWriteInteger API function. The option will be disabled if you
have selected the Read-only option.
