This chapter describes how to program the Sentinel Keys and distributor
keys in the License Manager screen in the Sentinel Keys Toolkit.
It also briefs on the steps to program the Sentinel Keys using the Key Programming
APIs.
Programming Sentinel Keys using Sentinel Keys
Toolkit
Given below are the steps for programming Sentinel Keys (in the Toolkit):
1. Load the group, using which you want to program the Sentinel Key,
from the Group Management dialog box.
2. In the group layout, select the required licenses (templates and features)
to be programmed in a Sentinel Key. You can program multiple
licenses in a Sentinel Key.
3. Click the Program Sentinel Key tab.
4. Select whether you want to program a single key or multiple keys.
