34. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
The Group has a 50% ownership in the capital of the NPPK.
The produced electric energy at NPPK is delivered to HEP d.d. at 50% of total produced quantities at a price
which is determined in accordance with the total production costs of NPPK.
Receivables and payables, and income and expenditure arisen from related party transactions are presented
in the table below:
