HEP CONDUCTS IT BUSINESS in compliance with the law and ethical standards, on the principles of sustainable<br />
development and social responsibility, based on the following documents:<br />
- Code of Ethics<br />
- Code of Ethics of the Croatian Chamber of Economy<br />
- Code of Corporate Governance (Zagreb Stock Exchange and HANFA);<br />
and membership in social responsibility organizations and initiatives:<br />
- Community for Corporate Social Responsibility of the Croatian Chamber of Economy (members include HEP<br />
Group companies – HEP-Toplinarstvo d.o.o., HEP ESCO d.o.o. and APO d.o.o. Environmental Services)<br />
- Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development (co-founded by APO Environmental Services)<br />
