4.5 Organization of <strong>tvmbo</strong><br />
This section discusses how the five <strong>tvmbo</strong> schools who were partners in this study organize<br />
their <strong>tvmbo</strong>. Further information about the organization of <strong>tvmbo</strong> can <strong>be</strong> found<br />
in Chapter 5, section 5.2.1.<br />
4.5.1 Projects or lessons<br />
The five partner schools organise their <strong>tvmbo</strong> in different ways. Three schools have a<br />
mixture of regular classes and projects, the other two incorporate <strong>tvmbo</strong> in<strong>to</strong> regular<br />
classes.<br />
4.5.2 Percentage of time<br />
Most schools spread the time spent on <strong>tvmbo</strong> across the years. Since most of the<br />
schools in the survey have just started <strong>tvmbo</strong>, the information about the upper years<br />
(3rd and 4th years) of <strong>tvmbo</strong> is incomplete.<br />
Following the short factual survey, interviews were carried out with a num<strong>be</strong>r of<br />
teachers, TTO coordina<strong>to</strong>rs and students at the five partner schools. The following<br />
chapter (Chapter 5) goes in<strong>to</strong> the results of these interviews.<br />
