Exercise 1<br />

1. Coach’s signal (number).<br />

2. Dive to the appropriate number.<br />

3 sprints on each side<br />

Exercise 2<br />

1. Coach’s signal (sound), half-turn.<br />

2. Sprint and dive to a stationary<br />

ball.<br />

Change goalkeeper.<br />

4 repetitions<br />

Exercise 3<br />

1. Dive for a ball on the ground,<br />

at medium height or with a<br />

bounce.<br />

2. Sprint.<br />

Change goalkeeper.<br />

3 sprints on each side<br />

Exercise 4<br />

1. Sprint and dive.<br />

The goalkeeper must stop the<br />

ball going into the goal.<br />

3 repetitions on each side
