Compared with <strong>the</strong> previous studies, <strong>the</strong> variety <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> activities performed in <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>living</strong> <strong>room</strong>s st<strong>and</strong>s out. According to <strong>the</strong> previous studies, <strong>the</strong> <strong>living</strong> <strong>room</strong> activities<br />
are stated as watching television, reading, writing or intimate activities with <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
partners , playing games, knitting, playing records/tapes, studying/working, , eating,<br />
talking <strong>and</strong> hosting guests (Rechavi, 2009; Ayata & Ayata, 1996; Tognoli, 1980). The<br />
reason <strong>of</strong> variety <strong>of</strong> both <strong>public</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>private</strong> <strong>living</strong> <strong>room</strong> activities can be assumed as<br />
<strong>the</strong> income level <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> dwellers.<br />
