Figure 3.25. The relationship between <strong>the</strong> time spent in <strong>the</strong> ho<strong>use</strong> <strong>and</strong> importance<br />
<strong>of</strong> aes<strong>the</strong>tical objects<br />
On <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r h<strong>and</strong>, <strong>the</strong>re is no significant relationship between <strong>the</strong> <strong>use</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>living</strong><br />
<strong>room</strong> <strong>and</strong> occupational status. Also, <strong>the</strong>re is no significant relationship between <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>use</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>living</strong> <strong>room</strong> <strong>and</strong> time spent in <strong>the</strong> ho<strong>use</strong>. Rechavi (2004) stated that <strong>the</strong><br />
time spent in <strong>the</strong> ho<strong>use</strong> or <strong>the</strong> time spent working outside <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ho<strong>use</strong> did not<br />
affect <strong>the</strong> <strong>use</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>living</strong> <strong>room</strong>. Also Also, in <strong>the</strong> current study whe<strong>the</strong>r a respondent is<br />
working or not working <strong>and</strong> spent ti time me in <strong>the</strong> ho<strong>use</strong> accordingly, <strong>the</strong> usage <strong>of</strong> <strong>living</strong><br />
<strong>room</strong> is in <strong>the</strong> same pattern. The fourth hypo<strong>the</strong>sis is; <strong>the</strong> activities that are<br />
performed in <strong>the</strong> <strong>living</strong> <strong>room</strong> <strong>and</strong> selected interior design elements in <strong>the</strong> <strong>living</strong><br />
<strong>room</strong> change according to different groups <strong>of</strong> us <strong>use</strong>rs. ers. It can be said that <strong>the</strong> interior<br />
design <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>living</strong> <strong>room</strong> is related to gender, occupational status <strong>and</strong> time spent in<br />
<strong>the</strong> ho<strong>use</strong> but <strong>the</strong> <strong>use</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>living</strong> <strong>room</strong> is seem to be not related.<br />
