David De Dios—When David De Dios was five, a man<br />

with a strange box asked him to look into it and smile.<br />

David was fascinated when the box created an image <strong>of</strong> him.<br />

His passion for photography was sparked and he wanted to<br />

do the same for other people. When David is not photographing<br />

weddings, he is photographing editorial and fashion.<br />

David’s studio is located in Phoenix, AZ.<br />

Mauricio Donelli—Mauricio Donelli is a world-famous<br />

wedding photographer from Miami, FL. His photographs<br />

have been published in Vogue, Town & Country, and many<br />

national and international magazines. Mauricio has photographed<br />

weddings around the world.<br />

Bruce Dron and Maura Dutra—Bruce Hamilton<br />

Dorn <strong>of</strong> iDC <strong>Photography</strong> has twenty years <strong>of</strong> Hollywood<br />

filmmaking experience, which has shaped his cinematic-style<br />

wedding day coverage. As a member <strong>of</strong> the Director’s Guild<br />

<strong>of</strong> America, Bruce has worked with clients like McDonald's,<br />

Sony, Budweiser, ATT, Ford, Kirin, Chevrolet, Mitsubishi,<br />

and Coca-Cola. With his artistic partner and wife Maura<br />

Dutra, Bruce now <strong>of</strong>fers this award-winning expertise to a<br />

very select group <strong>of</strong> artistically-inclined wedding clients.<br />

Scott Eklund—Scott Eklund makes his living as a photojournalist<br />

for the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. He specializes<br />

in sports, spot news, and feature stories, but recently got<br />

interested in photographing weddings, deciding that his<br />

skill set was “portable.” He has now won numerous awards<br />

for his wedding photography, which relies on a newspaperman’s<br />

sense <strong>of</strong> timing and story-telling.<br />

Brett Florens—Having started his career as a photojournalist,<br />

Brett Florens has become a renowned international<br />

wedding photographer, traveling from his home in<br />

South Africa to Europe, Australia and the U.S. for the discerning<br />

bridal couple requiring the ultimate in pr<strong>of</strong>essionalism<br />

and creativity. His exceptional albums are fast making<br />

him the “must have” photographer around the globe.<br />

Jerry Ghionis—Jerry Ghionis <strong>of</strong> XSiGHT <strong>Photography</strong><br />

and Video has established himself as one <strong>of</strong> Australia’s leading<br />

photographers. In 1999, he was honored with the AIPP<br />

(Australian Institute <strong>of</strong> Pr<strong>of</strong>essional <strong>Photography</strong>) award for<br />

best new talent in Victoria. In 2002, he won the AIPP Victorian<br />

<strong>Wedding</strong> Album <strong>of</strong> the Year award, and in 2003 he<br />

repeated that award and also earned the Grand Award in<br />

the Album competition at WPPI. He has won the Album<br />

Competition several times since then.<br />

Greg Gibson—Greg Gibson’s has worked for some <strong>of</strong><br />

the largest news organizations in the world, documenting<br />

three Presidential campaigns, the Monica Lewinsky scandal,<br />

the Gulf War, numerous Super Bowls, and much more.<br />

Greg has twice received the highest award in journalism:<br />

the Pulitzer Prize. Despite numerous <strong>of</strong>fers to return to<br />

journalism, Greg is happy shooting weddings, finding it is<br />

the perfect genre to continually test his skills.<br />

Alfred Gordon—Recognized as one <strong>of</strong> Florida’s topten<br />

photographers in 2001, 2002, and 2003, Al Gordon<br />

has photographed weddings throughout the Southeast. He<br />

holds the Master Photographer and Photographic Craftsman<br />

degrees from the PPA. He is also a Certified Pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />

Photographer from the PPA, and has earned the<br />

AOPA degree from WPPI. He received the coveted Kodak<br />

Trylon Gallery Award twice, and has images in the coveted<br />

ASP Masters Loan Collection.<br />

Steven Gross—Steven Gross owns Real Life <strong>Wedding</strong>s<br />

and Steven E. Gross & Assoc. <strong>Photography</strong> in Chicago, IL.<br />

His images have been featured on ABC’s Good Morning<br />

America, Esquire, and in the intro for NBC’s Three Sisters.<br />

He has published three books: Zhou Brothers (Oxford University<br />

Press, 1995), In the Studio (Oxford University Press,<br />

1995), and Black and White: Defining Moments <strong>of</strong> <strong>Wedding</strong>s<br />

and Marriage (Mohawk Paper, 2002).<br />

Tibor Imely—Imely <strong>Photography</strong> is one <strong>of</strong> the most<br />

prestigious studios in the Tampa Bay area. Tibor has won<br />

numerous awards, including his most recent: the Accolade<br />

<strong>of</strong> Photographic Mastery and Accolade <strong>of</strong> Outstanding<br />

Achievement from WPPI. Tibor was also recently presented<br />

with a Fujifilm New Approach Award for new and innovative<br />

solutions to tried-and-true photographic methods.<br />

Kevin Jairaj—Kevin Jairaj is an award winning wedding<br />

and portrait photographer whose creative eye has earned<br />

him a stellar reputation in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, area.<br />

He is formerly a fashion photographer who uses skills<br />

learned in that discipline when shooting his weddings and<br />

Cal Landau—After spending thirty years trying to become<br />

a pr<strong>of</strong>essional racing driver, Cal Landau got his start<br />

in wedding photography when someone who crewed for<br />

his racecar asked him to shoot his wedding. Cal turned him<br />

down a few times before he finally gave in. “Of course,<br />

everyone knows the rest <strong>of</strong> the story. I fell in love with this<br />

job so, at 54, I am a very late bloomer and I pinch myself<br />

every day for how good I have it.”<br />
