STEP-BY-STEP<br />
1. From <strong>the</strong> Opening screen, press [F2] <strong>to</strong> enter <strong>the</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Ear</strong> Navigation screen.<br />
2. Press [F4] <strong>to</strong> enter <strong>the</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Ear</strong> SPL<br />
screen.<br />
3. Press [MENU] <strong>to</strong> enter <strong>the</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Ear</strong> SPL<br />
Menu.<br />
NOTE: Use <strong>the</strong> UP/DOWN arrows <strong>to</strong> select a<br />
menu option <strong>and</strong> press <strong>the</strong> RIGHT arrow <strong>to</strong><br />
change a selection.<br />
a. Select Graph as <strong>the</strong> Data/Graph<br />
option under <strong>the</strong> Display<br />
heading.<br />
b. Turn <strong>the</strong> Reference Mic <strong>to</strong> Off<br />
under <strong>the</strong> Measurements<br />
heading.<br />
c. Press [EXIT] <strong>to</strong> return <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> test<br />
screen.<br />
First Measure: REIG for better ear<br />
a. Reference microphone enabled <strong>and</strong> placed over <strong>the</strong><br />
poor ear<br />
b. Probe microphone in <strong>the</strong> good ear<br />
c. Level <strong>and</strong> s<strong>to</strong>re as UNAIDED<br />
Second Measure: REAG for better ear<br />
a. Aid in good ear <strong>and</strong> both microphones are ON<br />
b. S<strong>to</strong>re as AIDED<br />
Difference REIG curve shows benefit from BICROS aid <strong>to</strong><br />
target<br />
