elective. One GE free elective in the fourth year must then be taken as a humanities elective.<br />

4 In consultation with their advisor, management majors should choose two <strong>of</strong> the following four focus courses; MGT<br />

361, 362, 460 or 461. MGT 361 and 362 focus more on people skills; MGT 460 and 461 focus more on organizational<br />

and administrative processes.<br />

MINORS:<br />

Management <strong>of</strong> Structures and Systems—This minor focuses on the skills a successful manager needs to plan,<br />

organize, maintain, and improve an organization’s structures and systems. <strong>The</strong> student will take MGT 351, 352, 460,<br />

461, 462 and any upper-level management elective except MGT 455.<br />

Management <strong>of</strong> People and Teams—This minor focuses on the skills a successful manager needs to meet the management<br />

challenges <strong>of</strong> people and teams in today’s workplace. <strong>The</strong> student will take MGT 351, 352, 361, 362, 471<br />

and any upper-level management elective except MGT 455.<br />
