Management Program Report.<br />

18) The construction <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Village</strong>’s second road salt storage facility was completed.<br />

19) Decorative street lighting on West Main Street <strong>and</strong> around the Town Square was<br />

installed.<br />

20) A Transit Study made possible through a $105,512 grant from the Regional<br />

Transportation Authority (RTA) for the purpose <strong>of</strong> identifying transit station sites in<br />

the <strong>Village</strong> <strong>and</strong> establishing design guidelines for a Transit Oriented Development<br />

(TOD) was started.<br />

21) Completion <strong>of</strong> the Centegra Site Development <strong>and</strong> the opening <strong>of</strong> the 137,407 s.f.<br />

Healthbridge Fitness Center <strong>and</strong> 60,484 s.f. Ambulatory Care Mall.<br />

22) Continuation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Huntley</strong> Grove (Tucker Development) Site Development at the<br />

southeast corner <strong>of</strong> Route 47 <strong>and</strong> Kreutzer Road for the anticipated Spring <strong>2009</strong><br />

opening <strong>of</strong> the 176,000 s.f. Walmart Super Center.<br />

23) Continuation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Huntley</strong> Crossings Phase I (Klein Development) Site Development<br />

at the southeast corner <strong>of</strong> Route 47 <strong>and</strong> Powers Road.<br />

24) Continuation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Huntley</strong> Crossings Phase II (Oxford Development) Site<br />

Development at the southeast corner <strong>of</strong> Route 47 <strong>and</strong> Regency Square Parkway.<br />

25) Construction commenced on the <strong>Village</strong>’s first Assisted Living Facility. The 57,813 s.f.<br />

72 unit facility is located in Regency Square.<br />
