the comparison, the <strong>Village</strong> would employ 122 employees compared to 96 (difference <strong>of</strong><br />

Conclusion<br />
<strong>Huntley</strong> enjoys an organizational culture that continuously searches for ways to “do<br />
more with less” <strong>and</strong> aggressively seeks alternative service/program delivery options. Yet<br />
there is a breaking point where it is challenging to provide the same level <strong>of</strong> services to<br />
all residents with our current staffing levels.<br />
