VILLAGE OF HUNTLEY<br />
The bonds were refinanced in 2008 due to favorable market conditions at a lower<br />
rate <strong>of</strong> 3.80%. The debt will be repaid over 8 years using a portion <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Village</strong>’s<br />
total telecommunications tax revenues.<br />
The annual debt service requirements to retire these outst<strong>and</strong>ing obligations at<br />

2.) Sewer Interceptor <strong>and</strong> Water Main Project<br />
In July 2008, the <strong>Village</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Huntley</strong> issued $2,550,000 General Obligation Limited Tax<br />
Certificates with an interest rate <strong>of</strong> 3.80% to fund the sewer interceptor line <strong>and</strong> water<br />
main lines along Route 47 to the south end <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Village</strong> under the I-90 tollway. The<br />
debt will be repaid over 10 years using water <strong>and</strong> sewer revenues as the payment<br />
source.<br />
