Total tissue <strong>residues</strong> at 48 h <strong>in</strong> the group at the lowest dose accounted for 1.6–3.3% of the<br />

radioactivity adm<strong>in</strong>istered (Table 7). Residues were highest <strong>in</strong> the liver <strong>in</strong> all groups at the lowest<br />

dose. In the group at the highest dose, <strong>residues</strong> accounted for 12.4% of the adm<strong>in</strong>istered radioactivity,<br />

largely due to high <strong>residues</strong> <strong>in</strong> the gastro<strong>in</strong>test<strong>in</strong>al tract. F<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs <strong>in</strong>dicated delayed absorption or<br />

faecal excretion <strong>in</strong> this group.<br />
